3 Ways to Try Eka Pada Bakasana (One Legged Crow)

One of the trickiest postures in terms of arm balancing! This posture had a lot to do with finding the right way to enter the pose for you, and learning how to distribute your weight. Have a watch of this video where I go over 3 different ways to try Eka Pada Bakasana. The first one you start in Crow and then try to lift one leg back. The second one you start from the way you would enter crow pose (with your feet on the floor still), then lift a leg and try to tip forward into one legged crow. The last one you start from tripod headstand, with one knee on you arm, the other leg extended and try to lift up your head off the floor. They are all quite challenging, and everyone will have one way that they favour! Which do you prefer??
